CHEM 309 - Biochemistry I

Prerequisite(s): CHEM 202. This course offers a comprehensive, detailed account of the structure, function, and organization of biological molecules (amino acids, nucleic acids, carbohydrate and lipids) both at the micro and macro levels. It allows students to develop deep concepts on how biological molecules are employed in forming he building blocks of life, correlate their structure and function b developing core foundations in biochemical and molecular techniques, and learn about their applications in science and industry.  LECTURE/LAB
