Prerequisite(s): BUIS 360. This course will present a wide spectrum of special topics in information systems with one selected for each semester in which it is offered. Topics will cover emerging and advanced information technologies, their applications, and associated opportunities and challenges for society. Examples of topics in the emerging technologies included but not limited to: AI - Machine Learning - Deep Learning and their applications, AI - Natural Language processing, Blockchain, Internet of Things (IoT), Intelligent information systems, and Big Data and Analytic.
