INSS 689 - Applied Cryptography

INSS 789 This course focuses on the tasks and issues involved in the application of cryptographic concepts and technologies to secure data and networks. Basic cryptographic concepts will be explored with an emphasis on understanding the underlying strengths and weaknesses of each. Emphasis will be placed on the best practice deployment of these technologies to secure data stored and in transmission across modern data networks. Hands-on experience implementing cryptographic solutions will be provided through laboratory exercises.
