INSS 790 - Master’s Thesis in Information Systems and Sciences I
3 Credits Prerequisite(s): Successful completion of all core courses and departmental approval. This course is the first three credit course of the two consecutive six credit courses for a master’s thesis in Information Systems and Sciences (INSS). A research problem in INSS is chosen by a student under the supervision of a faculty advisor from the department. The students will produce a complete thesis proposal and make oral presentation and defense to a thesis evaluation committee. The committee consist of the faculty advisor and two other faculty members of which at least one must be an INSS faculty. The committee decides either a pass with no condition, pass with some conditions or fail.
