COES 775 - Leadership in Mental Health Agencies

3 Credits (Fall, Spring, Summer, Mini)
Prerequisite(s): Prerequisite: COES 655. This course aims to prepare clinicians as advance level practitioners. Equipping them with the knowledge necessary to run a Mental Health agency introducing them to various forms of funding such as grants and proposals they are able to submit for while also getting them to work on stetting their own values and preparing what is needed to have their own consulting or private practice. New technologies and therapeutic initiatives will be addressed while also showing them how to write policies and review policies for quality assurance.
