(Fall Only) Prerequisite(s): MGMT 344. This course analyzes the selection, development, utilization, assessment, and reward of the work force to accomplish employee and organizational goals. This course examines recruitment, selection, reduction in force, performance evaluation, training and development, compensation, organizational change, and legal constraints.
