MKTG 231 - Principles of Marketing3 Credits
(Fall, Spring) Prerequisite(s): MGMT 101. This course is an introduction to the field of marketing and the issues of marketing management. Areas of study include consumer behavior, social responsibility of marketers, marketing of goods and services, industrial marketing, and logistics of distribution, pricing, product-planning and development, promotion, the selling function, and government regulations.
