ARMI 225 - Risk Management and Insurance3 Credits
When Offered (Every Fall and Spring semester) This course in Risk management and insurance will teach the methodical process used to address the risks to a firm’s activities with the goal of achieving sustained benefit. Risk managers and insurance professionals play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and managing key risks, including natural disasters and man-made catastrophes. The globalization of economic enterprise and the complexities of our multinational corporate environment are creating an increasing demand for highly skilled risk managers.
Prerequisite(s): FINA 320 Principles of Finance.
