HSAM 300 - Quality Assessment for Health Care

3 Credits

(Every Fall semester)
Prerequisite(s): HSAM 200 U.S. Health Systems; HSAM 202 Health Care Management I; HSAM 204 Health Care Policy. Examines the various outcomes assessment tools, and their reliability and accuracy. Explores how Health Care delivery systems can better measure outcomes from both patient and organizational perspectives. Analyzes quality improvement programs and exams their adaptability to the Health Care environment.
