HSAM 306 - Healthcare Law

This course will examine the law in general and health care issues specifically. It will explore aspects of employer-employee relations in the health care setting and legal ramifications of patient treatment and medical records. It will investigate the legal environment in healthcare delivery and discuss the importance of being completely familiar with this environment.
