COSC 679 - Robotic Motion Planning



3 Credits (Spring Only)
Prerequisite(s): COSC 473/COSC 573, COSC 479 and MATH 228. This course explores robotic navigation both in virtual and physical space. It delves into various algorithms that manipulate robot paths, such as discrete motion planning, sampling-based motion planning, and non-holonomic motion planning and planning on constrained manifolds. Students gain hands-on experience in implementing motion planning algorithms and complete a course project.
