BIOL 209 - General Genetics

This course examines the concept of inheritance, its basis and societal impact. Inheritance is studied form various standpoints where mendelian genetics, molecular genetics, cytogenetics, population and quantitative genetics are emphasized. Various tools and exercises are designed to reinforce each of the aforementioned aspects during the laboratory sessions.
