This course is designed to examine the molecular organization of cells and cellular processes; the synthesis and regulation of DNA, RNA and Protein synthesis; viruses and plasmid DNA molecules, and the concepts and techniques involved in recombinant DNA.

Prerequisite(s): BIOL 102, 209; CHEM 201, and 202.
