These courses provide a basic understanding of the principles of business law and their application to commercial activities relating to contracts, agency, torts, property, sales, business organizations, commercial paper, and commercial transactions.

Prerequisite(s): PHIL 103 or PHIL 305 and MGMT 241. Junior Standing or Permission of Instructor.
