MGMT 371 - Labor Relations & Law3 Credits
(Fall Only) Prerequisite(s): MGMT 241. This course is a study of the history and the law pertaining to the operations of organized labor, the dynamics of labor-management relationships, and the effect of the labor-management relationship on the workplace and the economy. This course also includes collective bargaining, labor-management cooperation, labor productivity, and global competition.
