MGMT 472 - Conflict Management3 Credits
When Offered (Fall Only) This course is a study of the underlying factors contributing to personal and organizational conflicts, with emphasis on methods of preventing, managing, and resolving conflict at each level of the business environment. This course includes reading and research assignments, case studies, class discussion, and experiential activities.
Prerequisite(s): MGMT 344.
