PHIL 301 - Philosophy of Mind and AI Design

This course critically assesses physicalist, representational, functional, and computational models of mind, applicable to humans and artificial intelligence. Topics include the mind/body problem, Cartesian dualism, Turing tests, AI consciousness, and brain-computer interfacing.

Prerequisite(s): Engl 101 or Phil 101.
