PSYC 431 - Senior Research Seminar in Psychology

When Offered Fall, Spring
This is a “capstone” course for graduate psychology majors. This course is designed to help students understand the research process and how it impacts the field and profession of psychology. Students are expected to demonstrate their understanding and implementation of concepts and procedures used in scientific research. Students are required to write a research proposal on a specific topic and present it to their peers.

Prerequisite(s): Psychology major with Senior standing or permission of instructor.
