VCDM 295 - Introduction to Textiles

When Offered (Spring Only)
This course surveys the technical and economic history of the textile industry with an emphasis on the chemical and physical properties that impact the look, feel and drape of garment.  Students will analyze components of woven fabrics, cut and sew knit fabrics, sweater knits and novelty fabrications.
