CRJU 311 - Legal Issues In Corrections

3 Credits

When Offered (Fall, Summer)
This course explores a multitude of legal issues facing correctional staff. Sources of correctional law and specific constitutional amendments will structure discussions regarding the confinement and treatment if incarcerated inmates as well as those supervised in the community.

Prerequisite(s): CRJU 201, CRJU 202.
