CRJU 312 - Women and the Law

This course examines the role of women in the United States legal and criminal justice system. Special attention focuses on the issues of equal protection of the laws, sexual harassment, imprisoned women, feminist jurisprudence, and the status of women in the legal profession.

Prerequisite(s): CRJU 201, CRJU 202.
