CRJU 319 - Probation and Parole

When Offered (Spring, Summer)
This course examines the history of the entire system of probation and parole. Special attention is given to pre-sentence investigation methods, predicting parole behavior, supervisory practices, legal aspects, the use of amnesty, and pardons.

Prerequisite(s): CRJU 201, CRJU 202, CRJU 203.
