BUIS 475 - Information Systems Project Management

This course will provide an overview of the project management process as it relates to information systems. Project management techniques and methodologies for information systems development will be examined. Important issues that will be addressed include scheduling, resource allocation, risk assessment, contingency planning, management and user reporting, and automated project planning tolls will be included.
