ART 150 - Frame and Sequence

An introductory studio course designed to guide in developing observational skills necessary for thoughtful creative expression. During the Semester we will examine essential technical and creative issues as they relate to seeing and the photographic image, while developing a visual, written, and spoken vocabulary to discuss ideas and thoughts.  This course is organized as a theory and hands-on exploration of the image and image making.  Throughout the course students will use image making as an interpretive and critical engagement with course readings.
