CAAS 302 - Introduction to Lifespan Development3 Credits
This course will present the growth and developmental stages of prenatal, birth, childhood, adolescence, young and middle adulthood, old age and death. It will focus on biological/genetic and environmental influences on cognitive, physical, and socioemotional/psychological development, and requires observation of a preschool child and a written case study as well as observation of and interaction with, people in adolescent and/or adult lifespan stages.
