COSC 162 - Introduction to Software Engineering

When Offered Spring
This course provides an introductory team-based experience engineering simple software solutions. Course topics include the critical differences between computer science and software engineering, team leadership and organization, the basic software lifecycle, an overview of agile development, and the need for software engineering professionals to work in interdisciplinary settings.

Prerequisite(s): COSC 112.
