THEA 411 - Contemporary American Drama

When Offered (Spring)
This course is an exploration of the literary and performative aspects of contemporary American drama, including plays and musicals. Thirteen plays and musicals will be read or viewed and discussed in the context of the author’s biography, the world in which the plays were created, including social and political movements and essential dramaturgy.

Prerequisite(s): ENGL 101, ENGL 102, and THEA 105.
