BIOL 420 - Bioinformatics Programming4 Credits
When Offered (Every Spring semester) Bioinformatics Programming is designed to improve skills in programming with a special focus on applications within bioinformatics. The course provides students with bioinformatics analysis and practical experience in analyzing DNA, RNA and protein sequence and structure data.
Prerequisite(s): COSC 112 (Computer Science I) or COSC 111, BIOL 324 (General Bioinformatics) or instructor consent.
