Majors will choose TWO from the list of THREE courses, including COMM 101 Oral Communications, COMM 103 Public Speaking, and COMM 205 Media Literacy for Diverse Audiences. Print Journalism
The Print Journalism program focuses on providing the education and skills required to work in the area of traditional and/or online print journalism, i.e. newspaper, magazine, and/or online industry. Students also acquire the writing, reporting, and editing skills that are necessary to pursue a career in these industries. Students will have the opportunity to work with the student newspaper, The Spectrum. Core Requirements (39 semester hours)
